Do motivational posters really inspire us? Consider the visual impact of conquering against the odds as an image for everyday life – particularly in the work environment those messages are invaluable. When we feel the stress and strain that our careers bring sometimes all it takes is a simple image or maybe a few words to give us the motivation we need. As human beings we respond to positive messages and those portrayed by motivational posters are a good example. Constructive and encouraging posters displayed in prominent positions have the capacity to remind us continually to maintain an optimistic outlook which is then reflected in our work.
